Tipping allowed to enhance pay. Management does nice extras, like providing snacks and small employee appreciation bonuses. Overall sense of collaboration and teamwork.

Svantaggi

Lower pay, no benefits. Some equipment is dated and some supplies can be restricted, limiting the quality of work that can be done.

Berates their employees in client homes to do big jobs in impossible time. Favoritism of other employees. Example, other employees get write ups, while others just get fired. A cleaner gets constantly asked to finish 11 rooms, in 2 hours. With no lunch breaks, no water breaks. And are NOT allowed to use the bathroom. You get reprimanded in front of other employees. YOURE told over and over while on the job” YOURE not good enough, you’ll never be one of us, you are gonna lose your job if you aren’t deep cleaning every nook and cranny in 10 minutes. “
