Great work life balance, caring team

There are no cons that I can think of

Competitive salary. There’s some good people working there.

Terrible PTO policy. Lack of management. Toxic working environment. Manager has zero leadership skills. High turnover of staff. Attorneys are narcissistic and don’t care about clients, only money. Employees are tense and on edge. Older staff throw tantrums if you step on their “turf.” Overall was not a pleasant working environment.
