- Lack of sufficient office equipment, have to compete with other employees to get a laptop (spent 6 months using personal laptop). - Top management has no clue what they are doing, too many internal restructuring, employee morale very low because of this. - The company does not care about employee well-being. - The company is stuck with the baby boomer mindset, every man for himself culture. A scenario of being successfully thrown out of the company is very possible. - Management has no qualms about misusing employees for personal gain/benefit. - Different departments play the blaming game among themselves, making it difficult for one to do their work. - No communication & collaboration between departments. - Culture of taking credit for other person’s work/effort. - The company is not doing well financially. Employees have to really fight for salary increment/ bonus among themselves. - No proper SOPs in place, anything goes in the company ‘as long as you get the job done’. - Culture of internal spying between departments where managers have personal spies to report back to them about other people in the company.
