Deceptive management tactics like lying to customers about products and pricing. If you are bold enough to stand up to management, it is taken very poorly. Everything is micro-managed, as a sales person, you need to be able to strategist your approach and relationship with the client. Here, the single manager is the one behind operations and always mico-managing your deal. So really all sales does is follow suit. Very high turnover rate due to low company morale. Employees even stop coming in without notice. Poor starting wage.
