manual processing - very time consuming
manual work - many errors happen when being constantly hassled to do more and faster with no errors
micromanage
constant beratement on needing to do better and faster
low pay
unrealistic goals vs volume of work
constant staff turnover/not staffed adequately
training not sufficient yet expected to be 100% in short periods of time even though they state it takes 6 months to a year to fully understand position
inappropriate communication shouted thru entire room where all are working and creates an uncomfortable "heads down" environment
do not speak up or you will be singled out
one trainer often belittled the new lead in front of the entire team making the team uncomfortable hearing their comments while the lead was trying to learn - made it difficult to ask questions while learning or uncomfortable to ask questions to minimize errors
management talks big and like they support the employees - no follow ups to team or promises are not kept
tense and stressful working environment
people leave or are let go and nothing said to team other then no longer working here (usually let go if you speak up to management)
write up for calling the correct number during a family emergency, but was short a few hours of pto to use - no empathy for the situation
used keyboards with worn out letters/numbers were what you were given to work with
