Don't be fooled by the brand. They are trading on past glories. Full of office politics. Promotion is through old boys network Zero women on the Director board = sexism is rife throughout the organisation. If you are joining it will be at the bottom of the pay band - regardless of what is advertised - this is non negotiable. It is a civil service organisation playing at doing commercial stuff. They have no idea what they want to do. There are a lot of "lifers" there - people who have been in the job for 20+ years and looking to run out the clock there.
