Decent program for the first 2.5 years. Local management has incentive for new people to do well.

Non-innovative, archaic, non-leader--they only copy other companies. Too many people on the corp & support side who is only there to keep their jobs and don't contribute to the growth. HORRIBLE comp plan (CDFP) for those who work there for more than 3 years. Admin/support side doesn't have any accountability, so they don't do a good job.
