It's all about selling new accounts... no support once the accounts run into service issues, which happens often. Sales rep takes the brunt of the customer's rant and has to constantly keep after the customer service division to get things accomplished.

Good people to work with, very supportive, and easy to get projects completed once started. Wonderful project managers. Hang Li is probably one of the best in the industry.

I am not sure if this is a con per se or just growing pains for the company. Their new process for rolling out new projects through a small approval team slows things down. Many valuable projects never progress beyond being mentioned. I preferred the old way, where I would work directly with Executives and Directors to identify projects based on needs and issues. There was a bit of start/pause/redirect with projects that created issues.
