Over the past four years, I can see how much my team and the company grow. It is getting more organized and standard processes are applied across teams! The team I am working with is well-structured. The atmosphere is very good. Team members are helping each other, and the team leader is very supportive and cares about each individual’s growth. The company and management value their employees.
