* Did you notice all those 5-star reviews are short and not many labeled as helpful? Gee, wonder why... because people were asked/forced to give bogus reviews of Meta (email was sent to all staff). Don't believe the 5-stars * CEO has a huge ego yet extremely insecure and thin-skinned * Firing top people who knew what they were doing * CEO is killing the culture and the company * Everyone wants to leave * Tons of backstabbing and throwing people under the bus by a few who don't know how to do their jobs * Over inflated job titles for people who don't have the skills * Women are treated with disrespect by the CEO * Often hear gossip that the CEO wants a 'young' office * More consultants and contractors running teams because they can't keep talented leaders at the company * CEO treats people like property with total disregard for them as human beings * CEO doesn't care about people - has never asked about personal life - probably doesn't even know who is married and who has children * Leadership has no backbone to stand up to the CEO's raving lunacy * Even the most positive, passionate, and talented people leave because of the misery of working with this incompetent CEO
