Management micromanage so that you have no freedom to make any decisions yourself. Unless it's done exactly the 'right way' you will be shouted at in front of your colleagues and made to feel small or you will be called out in whatsapp group chats. Have to join group chats on your personal phone so receive messages at all times of day and night meaning very bad work/life balance. Management never wrong and will rarely compliment your hard work, but rather point out everything little thing you have done wrong. No proper training provided so when you inevitably dont know where to find information you will be shouted at even when very new. Way of doing things changes every two weeks so you'll never understand what is the right thing to do. No real employee benefits. Employees made to cry. High employee turn over. Profits over people. Positive reviews left here are fake.
