Even if you work in Europe you will find everything is structured around normal and realistic office hours that you are in control of • In normal times you get to travel to lots of fun places • You meet up with everyone in person once a year to keep those relationships going strong

• Nothing major • Metalab can be rather deliverable focussed. This has the net effect of shortening timelines and turning some projects into a race to deliver more stuff. I would like to see Metalab become more value driven. Sometimes spending more time to design something more thoughtfully (quality over quantity) is a better approach. • Metalab can be a little tight when it comes to employee business expenses and travel — especially air travel. This could be loosened a little given how much they charge clients for work.
