The science that is done is very cool and impactful. You can learn a lot and have important responsibilities even at low levels, given the gaps. Peers are nice. Current company focused are logical and positive.

The LT team made poor choices on who to fire last year with impacts that have been wholly overlooked but felt on the ground. They are more concerned on convincing the employees that everything is great than caring about the employee concerns.
The operations group has toxic leaders who are only concerned about their power and bad mouth their own employees, changing who the problems are as it benefits their narrative. This culture has trickled down as many middle managers have been poor choices that were selected as power plays regardless of their efficacy or experience. The quality of the work has declined. Great workers who weren’t laid off have left and now it’s the blind leading the blind. Regardless of your excellence, monetary or power struggle will keep you from advancing (unless you temporarily serve a purpose in the greater power struggle). QA can’t moderate as they are pressured/controlled by the operations group.
