Management is not par, perk is not good

The people I worked with every day are dedicated and co-operative in every way.

Upper management provided NO direction and changed things almost every day. The sense of the place was turmoil all the time. People regularly work 60+ hours a week just to try to keep up. Nine people quit in the 6 months I was there.
