Leadership often communicates one direction but acts in another, creating confusion and mistrust. HR lacks consistency and follow-through, which undermines employee confidence. Titles are frequently distributed without clear criteria, diluting their value. The unlimited wellness day policy, while well-intentioned, is often misused, leading to delays in project completion. Performance management is weak—low performers are rarely addressed, which affects team morale and productivity. Communication across the organization is poor, contributing to a culture of speculation and gossip. Career growth and compensation require persistent advocacy, and recognition tends to favor a select few rather than being merit-based.
