3/5 – Great Support, but Lacking Clear Metrics While the leadership was supportive and took a great coaching approach, one of the biggest challenges was the lack of clear KPIs or success metrics. It sometimes made it difficult to gauge progress or understand expectations, which could lead to confusion around priorities and performance. More structure around goal-setting and measurable outcomes would really improve the experience.
