Need to communicate with employees better

They certainly put you through some paces in terms of presentations, group exercises etc etc but it’s so well worth it if you do get through their assessment day. The training course was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve now worked for 29 yrs. I’m currently in a global Commerical role.

The assessment day is full on but the Meta team are professional and thorough.
