Any suggestion to have these cases reviewed by HR is met with threats of retribution that you will be fired or not considered for any future roles, and that management will all be aligned with each other in messaging if anything’s reported, so nothing will happen. Told that if you don’t like that approach, “you don’t have to work here, you know where the door is”.
