Can sometimes have long wait times for getting approval before you can start tasks

Loved the team I worked with including the other area managers however the “Director” and President are non-existent.

Expected to turn chicken sh!t into chicken salad. Everyone you may need is based in California and while that sounds great, it’s not when there is a 3 hour time difference.
