Great company - Recensione dipendente - Store Manager presso Meteor (Ireland)

Brilliant team who will work together and it is the best place about the company, I've made some life long friends there

Corporate need to learn how to treat staff, new products on board leads to massive stress on targets, can sometimes be hard to get stuff done

Very nice direct team in Meteor and fairly flexible work hours (manager dependent) - found the work interesting and learned a lot in my first few years there

Unfortunately Metoer's merger with Eircom raised some interesting cultural differences in work ethic and greatly reduced speed of productivity. I'd to deal with some (not all of course) Eircom staff who were very much in a rut and purely waiting on redundancy so were adverse to seeing any progress in their area..Pay cuts and blatant breach of contracts initiated by senior management (Paul Donovan) were the last straw so I had to leave before it wore me down too :(
