Method is great - I have been super happy in my role here. Method has a lot of positive things going for it: - excellent product with tons of room to grow - well funded by top VCs - top talent that is poised to scale the business - a current headcount size where anyone new can come in and make big impact - excellent benefits for a company of its size If you are a internally motivated person who wants to be part of early stage thing with a lot of potential upside, you will have a great time here.

None you will not get hired no matter how good of work you do on the take home interview project.

Method spends months claiming to try to fill a position. They give out week long projects where you build an entire system for their business for a real customer. They claim this is to assess your ability. If you do well on this you get to talk to the CEO. He will tell you that you did a great job on the assessment. Then a few days later you will receive an email with a bs reason for why they could not hire you and went with someone else. My reason was that I worked at a large company. If they knew that when I sent in my resume and they liked my project, then why did they not hire me? Answer: it was not an interview for a job. It was free work for them. Do not contribute to this scam corporation trying to get free work out of job applicants. I got reached out to by a second recruiter 3 weeks after being rejected to fill the same role they claim they found someone else for. They are not hiring. They should not be scamming people.
