Leadership overall did not seem qualified for their roles, but they all know how to keep Randy happy. That seems to be the only real job requirement. Before you join any company, including this one, you should search recent news and public records for things like lawsuits, project disputes, or lost deals so you know what you are walking into. That is basic due diligence I wish I had done more carefully.
