If you do not manage your time and create boundaries then myriad people and superfluous "microtasks" will manage your time for you. - Face-to-face interaction is encouraged to reduce ambiguity and increase accountability, which may also be a turn-off for people looking for remote or ultra-flexible arrangements. - There has been a lot of turnover in past months, driving negative sentiment in some circles, but things are stabilizing and processes are being created to drive standardization, increase efficiency, and improve morale. - Most operations are located in Mexico, so there may be frequent international travel required depending on your role.
