Good management of my group. Open dialog and accessible to group management for discussion on how to do things better. The new CEO will bring new strategic directions with changes. His skills and experience should lead Methode to the brighter next chapter. The benefit is at par compared to other companies. Good Medical Benefits.

The company currently has no long-term goals only run by clueless Finance people meeting the number Q to Q.... Horrible management at some sites with a very high turnover rate. No Salary Merit increases for the last two years. Compensation and Bonus plan is a joke and never able to achieve. Very lean organization, almost everyone is overloaded Clueless finance team who require multiple reports every week and even more every month from non-finance employees.

I've been working for Methode for 15 years now, it was my first job and I never left! Methode helped me shape my career in various ways. I learned a lot everyday working with different teams both locally and globally, giving me different experiences that might not be so easy find elsewhere. Methode has many hubs across the globe but despite the distance, we always manage to come together and work as one, making tasks easier and the success greater!

I've seen the company at it's best and lowest times. As one can imagine we encountered various issues throughout the years, from price increases to global emergencies like Covid and we've had our fair share of ups and downs. But 1 thing always remained - determination to come out stronger!
