      I have been here since 2019 in dallas and just started at the new facility in Celina and the culture here is the sweetest. I’m very happy here and the building is nice.

      Coming from a smaller size hospital but big company like Methodist and known high paying hospital in DFW, I needed more shifts. Since MDMC is bigger than my other PRN, I have higher chance of getting shifts because there are more monitoring stations, more staff taking PTOs, higher chance of staff calling out sick and therefore opening the shift, etc.

      More workload and higher census! Almost 50 patients on heart monitor per station.
