Poor pay for field. Very small raises even with excellent reviews, amounting to about $0.40 per year. Mundane cafeteria. Some employees allowed to rule departments, doing whatever they want while supervisors are off-site. Brag about an "open-door" policy, but HR and management don't make any changes.
