      Many opportunities for learning, especially in the critical care units. Pay is average among other DFW hospitals

      Svantaggi

      Lateral violence that has not been fully resolved and has been an issue for years on some units. Short staffing, unsafe patient ratios. Benefits are not the best compared to other level 1 hospitals in Dallas.

      Thank you for your review. It's very disturbing to hear that you witnessed or experienced bullying and violence in your unit. We absolutely do not tolerate such behavior, and if we had known about the situation, we would have put you in touch with human resources in order to resolve it.
