The pay was alright. They have great agency nurses.

The leadership at Methodist Charlton are not good leaders. They only care about money, and they will change managers and force them into resignation on med- Surg units like a person changes underwear. So all the units are chaotic and unmanaged. Also lots of reverse racism. Also, the nurse pt ratio is 6-1 on a heavy renal unit. That’s a major safety hazard.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your bringing your observations to our attention. We do know that our leaders work very hard to guide and support employees, and most do a tremendous job. And you can be sure that we are constantly working on filling our nursing positions to keep our nurse-patient ratio the best it can be!
