Being able to network with people from all across this country as well as other countries. Learning new things that helped within the job and outside of it. Project managers and Supervisors were knowledgeable for the most part. Income was very decent, was able to save up a bit.

Some of the work sites were far, the elements in the Spring were just the beginning of how treacherous it would get, very long hours and no time to be able and take of any business pertaining to yourself or family. Alot of times if the weather would not cooperate you didn't know until driving all the way to work to find out everyone was off, then to waste gas going the returning back home.
