Unpaid Upper management is still working out a few kinks with regards to advertising and that will be apparent because it's an open work space

I worked in the New York office. I liked my coworkers and enjoyed the actual work I did. I also had very good hours.

The management was very poor and disorganized from the top down. Editorial staffers are expected to support advertisers and do favors for the publisher's connections. HR is also extremely unhelpful.
