management is trying to evolve into providing a better work environment, but it is very half hazard....

- very poor communication and extremely confused leadership. - like to think they are good at work/life balance, but in truth are not - you need to be part of the "cliche" group who have all been friends for years

I have seen a lot of changes and moves for the better. I get good feedback from management and generally a pretty considerate pace to work at. I hope thi trend continues!

Not really sure! So far this is the best place out of the ones I have worked at
