A real family feel. Employees that have worked there for years with real passion for the Lexus brand. Support from the parent company in Houston that is second to none. A commitment to do things the right way and to always take care of the customer

Some entrenched thinking that is resistant to change.

Environment was good in the beginning. Staff were super friendly.

Couple months into the job people became more unfriendly. Communication skills were very poor between workers scheduling conflicts lack of good management. HR told me they only hire certain types of people. Would highly not recommend working here.
