Employees who work hard and show up to work are overlooked. Employees who are lazy, ditch work, lie, etc. those employees are promoted because they are friends with management. There is severe nepotism/favoritism here. Managers/supervisors do very little work and they only want to promote sketchy people who will not disrupt this culture. HR supposedly got involved but all these horrible things continue to happen. Millions of tax/grant dollars are only being wasted
