      Poor benefits, horrible communication, cliques are rampant, little pay for all the work that is required. No support when asked for, "too busy" to help. Culture that encourages lies, manipulation of upper management, exclusion of people's ideas. No advancement opportunities, no reviews to let you know where you are doing well or areas you need to work on.

      The only thing I like about Metron are the residents and maybe 2 or 3 coworkers...nothing else.

      The pay, you start out at $10.82 if you take benefits, $11.82 without. You don't get a raise for 3 years, and it's .25 cents! 2 aids for 32 residents, and that's On The hardest hall...West. Constantly understaffed because nobody wants to stay at a company that makes you feel like your nothing. Plan on getting treated like crap by the nurses...only like 2 are good and treat you good. Don't plan on teamwork either! I'm young and strong, but working her has made me feel old and weak. Not everyone is bad...there's a couple that are team players which is a blessing. It use to be nice and I enjoyed my job, that has changed because Metron has changed.
