The workload is overwhelming, with targets that are simply unrealistic, making it nearly impossible to maintain a healthy work-life balance. From the very first day, there is no proper onboarding or training—you’re expected to figure things out completely on your own, regardless of your background or experience. The leadership team is a major problem. Kapil’s decisions often lack direction and clarity, showing a lack of basic leadership skills.Favoritism and office politics are deeply ingrained here, with promotions and recognition tied to personal connections rather than performance or skill. Job security is virtually nonexistent. Hiring and firing happen suddenly, with no proper communication or justification. Many employees, even those just starting their careers, are constantly looking for an exit. Even initiatives like Code Jam add no real value—they are nothing more than distractions designed to create the illusion of innovation. If you’re a fresher or experienced professional, think carefully before joining. This company will stunt your career growth, harm your mental well-being, and offer little to no real learning opportunities. For the sake of your future, it’s best to stay far away from Metron Labs.
