Leadership in Texas fosters a replaceable mindset. The director’s go-to phrase—“why don’t we just fire them”—reflects how little value is placed on retaining and supporting employees. This culture drives disengagement and uncertainty about the company’s future in the region. Lastly, pay is outrageously terrible for the people that matter the most, supervisors, techs, NFTs.
