Metrotel is a very good company and upper management is so humble to the empoyees. Working with metrotel enhanced me to gain konwledge as linux admin and the senior employees helped me when i have started working with them. The Work balance is good and sometime full work pressure as meeting to ending of the project.

The work balance is constant and didn't find much growth.

Efficient reporting system is in use.

There is no performance review thereby limiting employees career growth.
