Group of friends with no professionalism - Recensione dipendente - Intern presso Metvy

The management is a bunch of UG students who aspire to become the next Steve Jobs but dont know how to manage a small team. They claim to be in business from 2017 whereas the app went in its beta testing in May 2020. 1. No professionalism. 2. Fooling UG & PG students in crisis - not all the perks they promise, are given. 3. Nepotism - promote their friends to higher positions. 4. They utilise the interns for the full tenure and later while asking for the perks, they say that the work was not upto the performance metrics. 5. Majority of the workforce- around 80% are interns, and give you all sorts of work. In 100-110 people, more than 80 were interns from UG and PG colleges. They exploit interns in all possible ways. Please do not fall into the trap and apply for their internship just because you want to enhance your CV and utilise this time productively. You will not learn anything, better to apply somewhere else.
