First of all if you are a good employee you will be treated like crap if you can’t pass a food safety certification test they will take it for you and promote you right to the front, if you come in late consistently, they will treat you like gold if you tell the boss that you refuse to cut vegetables or you refuse to do dishes, they tell you that’s OK. Make the hard workers do it. The suck hole human resources at the Erie branch are the absolute worst garbage I have ever came across. I transferred schools and nobody accepted me and would not talk to me, so I started being quiet and I was told by their management system that I was creating a hostile work environment. So it’s OK for them not to talk, but when I didn’t talk, I was hostile. They do not deserve to be in the Erie school district. They deserve to lose the contract, go bankrupt and all because of their worthless management system.
