It's lovely to read how you're enjoying some of the amazing pros that come with working for Mews, like not being micromanaged, like putting quality and customers first and our strong community and culture. Thank you also for sharing your thoughts on what cons come with a career at Mews: working for Mews can indeed be quite intense and therefor isn't for everyone.       The pace and ambition of the company can make things stressful at times. This comes with the territory of a fast-moving organization but it’s worth knowing going in.

We also appreciate your point about pace and prioritisation. As we continue to grow, we know the pace can feel intense, and we’re working to be more deliberate about where we focus. That includes investing in operational planning, OKRs, clearer communication around change, and AI tools that can help teams work more efficiently. We also know it takes ongoing effort to make that feel consistent and connected across teams. Thanks again for your feedback. It’s a good reminder for us to keep being clear about what matters most and why.
