      - Mews is a fast paced work environment. - I appreciate how diverse and open the company is. - The company is very committed to transparency and open communication. - I like how everyone is willing to listen to your ideas and give actual feedback. They don't just have a black hole of a suggestion box like some companies. - It's a place were you can grow and learn a lot if you are ambitious enough to pursue it.

      Not really a con (at least for me) but if you are looking for a more traditional and formal corporate culture, Mews probably isn't for you. They still have that feel of a fast growing startup which isn't for everyone.

Touching on your constructive feedback, working in our scale up culture does come with a lot of opportunity to expand your knowledge and skill set but will definitely also test your resilience. Working at Mews means working in a fast growing scale-up, and indeed, that's not for everyone.       The pace and ambition of the company can make things stressful at times. This comes with the territory of a fast-moving organization but it’s worth knowing going in.

We also appreciate your point about pace and prioritisation. As we continue to grow, we know the pace can feel intense, and we’re working to be more deliberate about where we focus. That includes investing in operational planning, OKRs, clearer communication around change, and AI tools that can help teams work more efficiently.
