Discounts are good if you actually like some of their clothes which most people would eventually. A few good coworkers.

Snotty nose environment. Not necessarily the coworkers bit just the way the store is made to be presented. Maybe the visual coordinator was snotty by reflection of how he dressed and posed the mannequins
