The pay is significantly lower compared to similar companies, leading them to hire recent graduates while losing experienced staff to more lucrative opportunities. The management team deflects blame for project failures, while their excessive salaries result in Christmas bonuses that surpass the annual earnings of regular employees.

      Good coworkers, sometimes interesting projects. 36 hour work week.

      Management and executive leadership is out of touch with their employees. Compensation is below market rate. Office space is dated and the opposite of what we preach to our clients. Parking situation at the office for mandatory 3 days in office is abysmal.
