Getting better - Recensione dipendente - Sales presso MiQ

People have been there a long time and are stuck in the past and whinge when things don’t go the way they think they should. They drag us down and leadership should make a change with them but they are afraid to do it. Founders are kind but play favourites. Take way too long to move people on. Marketing doesn’t work well with sales. Product team isn’t used the way it could be. Small office and need more seats. Had redundancy this year but needed to do more.
