Michaels as a company is ill-equipment. Doesn't fix communication between apps, which cause poor customer experience when asking employees for help. Tries to have as few worker available as possible to keep budget low and stack responsibilities. Items are more expensive than competitors. I reapplied the day my term ended at the end or January and didn't get answer until May. I was denied a job a was just recently, perfectly qualified for working, I was getting positive feedback.
