Good food. Extra curricular activities are good as well.

My team was really bad. They all did backbiting. I was not even allowed to talk with BA for clarifying my doubts. Forced me to be part of their activities.
Proper KT sessions were not given. Worst experience of my life. Team members are not at all supportive. Managers are worst. Too much micro management.
