Many things not taught in training that leave you unprepared. Too many processes and forms to be turned in. Seems like busy work. IT and software is outdated. Makes everything take longer and is unnecessarily difficult. Hard to get email responses from people sometimes. Training to field transition is too abrupt and is not the way they tell you it will be. I got bombarded by emails and phone calls while I was told I would be left alone to decompress and house hunt. But nope, not at all.
