      Mostly accommodating to personal issues, and many managers are easily approachable. There are many opportunities for professional development and that growth is encouraged.

      No room to move up in the company at the moment (2021), there's a communication disconnect between the floor staff and upper management, and floor staff is required to wear many different hats and pick up most of the slack in multiple departments.
