Somewhat Flexible hours, good benefits, management is not overbearing. Really not much more good about it beyond that. Oh, the way they scale the absent/vacation time is OK.

Svantaggi

Working 7am - 10am before the store is open and 9pm - 11pm for $4.00 really hurts your paycheck as you make no commission during this time, also add responsibilities such as merchandising an aisle by yourself during commission hours taps on more lost wages due to lost sales. If you work in the PC department you have to keep your numbers high otherwise they boot you out of the department. Overall if your looking to make money, you won't find much here without driving yourself crazy.

As a smaller, specialized retailer, organizational growth and upward mobility may take longer compared to larger big-box companies. High expectations and pace can create pressure during peak periods, requiring strong prioritization and resilience. Some systems and processes have a learning curve, particularly for leaders coming from larger, more standardized organizations.
