Physically demanding Inflexible scheduling Niche impossible sales metrics completion over everything else Metrics heavily rely on achievement of sales in regard to add-ons. i.e. securing ESET (antivirus customers have never heard of and are skeptical of with very little need for) multi-year signups, and multi-year protection plans (insurance; reasonable but still often extortionary in nature), over reliable customer satisfaction and repeat customers. Straight up lying to clients is often encouraged
